collection envelope and event poster

to volunteers and walkers
- Sponsor’s name prominently mentioned in all press releases produced for
the event
- Sponsor prominently recognized in pre- and post-event mailings to the
supporters of the Walk
- Sponsor prominently recognized at the Kickoff event for team captains,
volunteers and sponsors
- Sponsor’s banner (sponsor supplied) will be prominently displayed at the
Walk start/end point
- Sponsor may have an information booth at the Walk and the opportunity to
develop promotional campaigns tied into the event

- Sponsor’s name or logo prominently placed on walker brochure/money
collection envelope and event poster

volunteers and walkers

the event
- Sponsor recognized at the Kickoff event for team captains, volunteers and

KICKOFF EVENT & SILVER SPONSOR $3,500
- Sponsor will be prominently recognized at the Kickoff event (held
approximately 8 weeks before the Walk), on the Kickoff invitation, on the Walk
website, in pre-event mailings to team captains, volunteers and sponsors, and
at the event itself.
- Sponsor will also receive all the recognition given to Silver Sponsors as
listed below.
SILVER SPONSOR $2,500
- Sponsor’s name or logo placed on walker brochure/money collection envelope
and on event poste
- Sponsor’s name and logo will be prominently imprinted on Walk T-shirt
- Sponsor recognized at the Kickoff Event for team captains, volunteers and
sponsors
- Sponsor’s corporate banner (sponsor supplied) may be displayed at the
start/end point of Walk
- Sponsor’s name or logo will be displayed on Walk website

KICKOFF EVENT SPONSOR $1,500
- Sponsor will have their name or logo prominently printed on Kickoff
invitation and will be recognized on the Walk website, in pre-kickoff mailings
to team captains, volunteers and sponsors, and at the Kickoff as a sponsor of
the event.
- Sponsor’s banner (sponsor supplied) will be displayed at Kickoff
BRONZE SPONSOR $1,000
- Sponsor’s name listed on the walker brochure/money collection envelope
- Sponsor’s name or logo imprinted on Walk T-shirt
- Sponsor recognized at the Kickoff event for team captains, volunteers and
sponsors
- Sponsor’s name or logo will be displayed on the Walk website:

BENEFACTOR SPONSOR $500
- Sponsor’s name listed on walker brochure/money collection envelope

SUPPORTER SPONSOR $250
- Sponsor will have a choice of their name being printed on the Walk T-shirt
or on the walker brochure/money collection envelope
KILOMETER MARKER SPONSOR $100
- Sponsor’s name and message (business related, in honor of someone, or in
memory of someone) will be imprinted on an 18” by 24” sign placed along the
walk route
